Generate a table from a table with data

I have the need to graph the active managers of the projects that are within my original table but are in different columns and also that the report remains dynamic.

Example comes the "TableReport" as the main table and "NewTable Table" as the table I want to generate from the TableReport, I have tried to search reading and watching tutorials on the net but I have not been able to make that table.

Hi,

In the Query Editor, select the first 4 columns of Table1, right click and select "Unpivot Other Columns".  Now build your visuals.
