Generate a sample using multiple criteria

Hi there.

I have a data base with over 150 columns and around 150k rows, and I need to generate samples of 15k rows that would respect a certain nombre of rules.

For example, i have columns called 'Gender', 'Age', 'Network', and I need to generate a sample of 15k rows that would respect the following criteria : 50% of Gender=M, 50% of gender=F, 20% of Age=30...etc...

Is there a way to do do in power bi ?

No, the database has already been imported in desktop. The sample needs to be generated inside desktop.
