Generate a measure that do weighted average first then non-weighted average

Dear fellows, 

I am new to PowerBI and would like to seek some help. 

Is it possible to generate a measure which is based on weighted average first then non-weighted average? For instance, using the sample data below, I would like to get the weighted average grade of continent, where I use (90+94)/2=92 to get North America female and 85 for Asia female. Then I would like to get the non-weighted average of female, where I calculate (92+85)/2. Is that possible in PowerBI?

Name	Gender	Continent	Grade
Anna	Female	North America	90
Devid	Male	Europe	89
Marta	Female	North America	94
John	Male	Asia	91
Lin	Female	Asia	85

@Huiyan here is the measure, you can slice it by male or female or combine

Measure 3 = AVERAGEX ( VALUES ( 'Avg'[Continent] ), CALCULATE ( AVERAGE ( 'Avg'[Grade] ) ) )
