General Information
Hi Dear All,
Am totaly new with PBI .I have tried to make some CFO level reports .The main problem I have with data shring I want to shre my data with more then 15 person .The first thing I tried with Row Level Security to creat and mange roles .So I creat every role with specific areas that the person can see only what I want to show him .BUt unfortunatly those people cant see the report .I tried to share this datas thorugh the email but the next person dont recived it .It would be much nice if somebody can guide me in detial.

Hi Mana_786,
From your description, you have created some roles in Power BI desktop via Manage Roles, right?
After publish to Power BI service, you need to go to Dataset -> Security to add users under corresponding roles. For detail steps, you can follow this article: Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI.
Then you can pin the visual from report to a dashboard, share this dashboard with those users.
