You can try this.
Measures:
Objectif En cous = CALCULATE ( SUM ( Objectifs[Montant] ), FILTER ( Objectifs, Objectifs[Année] = SELECTEDVALUE ( Dates[Année] ) ) )If this does not work, could you please share complete data(Dates table) without sensitive information and expected output.

That should work if you have a field in one of the Value wells and Turnover in the Target value well.
