Background and gauge color are the same color. How can I change that?
I would like the guage from 85.05 to 246.49 to be a lighter grey, but I cant seem to find the setting to change that.

Go to Visualizations and "get more visuals"
In this case I would use either of the below visualizations or search for other gauge vizualizations available.

For my test, in Format pane, you could change the page color(wallpaper), visual’s background color and the filled part of Gauge visual ,but the color of the unfilled part could not be changed.
Otherewise, you could change the theme in View tabs
My visualization looks like this:

You have background color in the format section.
Hello. To clarify, I dont want to change the background color. Id like to just change the color of the gauge bar so it stands out with the current dark background.
So in the screenshot below, I am just trying to change where the red line is
