Gauge Fill Color

Hi,   I used the gauge visualization on a report. i noticed the fill color disappears when the actual value is >2times the maximum value. There is no conditional formatting in place. Please assist...

    The link didn't help my case. The link is for dial gauge. The one i am having issues with is not dial gauge
