May I know it is possible to have both number and percentage in gauge chart?
I would like to have both percentage and number display in the chart eg: percentage achieved compared with target amount

You cannot have two different values on the gauge chart it only shows the value based on the main values or target you present.
I only can see one of two options to add a card with the value of the total value and the target % this would be easy to setup and without any big issues. Just creating a measure with those values.
Another option is to create a customized format using a calculation item but for the result you need to achieve believce the disavantages are greater than having 2 visualizations instead of one..
