Hi Analitika ,
Do you want to connect single Report in Power BI Service to Multiple Power Bi Desktop Files?
This is not possible since a PBIX is a report in the web service however you can do it with creating an APP if you add all reports to the same workspace and the make an APP it will give you the expected result.
Check the Publish an app in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn with the detail explanation.
If I have misunderstood your meaning, please provide more details.

Hi,
Not in Power BI Service but in Power BI Desktop. Like we open Power BI Desktop and import several datasets to one Power BI Desktop report. I tried to import but was able to add one dataset instead of several as expected.

Hi Analitika ,
- Since this connection is a live connection, left-navigation and modeling are disabled. You can only connect to one dataset in each report. This behavior is similar to the behavior when connected to SQL Server Analysis Services. However, the following article describes how a new feature in Power BI now makes this possible: see using DirectQuery for Power BI datasets and Azure Analysis Services (preview)
