Gateway unreachable while port test is running successfully

I have set up the gateway as suggested in documents and also managed the proxy setting as suggested. The service account is also changed to local domain id but still the gateway is showing unreachable with a Network limited issue and gateway health issue. In power bi service the gateway screen shows the gateway is older than 2017 issue even tho the gateway installed is latest downloaded version from microsoft. Need help.

Restart the gateway service to see if it works.
