Gateway is running but cannot refresh data

I installed Gateway personal mode before and uninstalled it to install standard version to share gateway with my colleague. Everything seems right but when I refresh dataset to test the connection, it does not work.

I cannot fix this. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you.

Hi @Phuonghm22 ,

You need create the gateway data source for the dataset, then share the standard gateway to your colleagues, colleague could map the dataset data source to gateway data source, when all steps finished, could refresh the dataset successfully.

Note: all data source that used to create report should have the corresponding the data source in the standard gateway, and the corresponding info must same
