I am trying to configure a gateway (on premises) to enable "automatic updating" in my report, however I always get the following error:
The connection to the database is via ODBC, I have already configured a system dns (Connection Successful), and I have already added a data source to my cluster (Connection Successful), but the error keeps showing up and preventing me from selecting the gateway in specific. Does anyone know how to proceed?
Hi @Anonymous
connecting the Gateway through ODBC is always a pain as it could depned on many factors, like what type of data source?, 32 or 64 bit ODBC? , what is the Gateway? credentials? ....

@parry2k If I click the arrow, my ODBC connection string is displayed. It is a enterprise gateway
