Gateway configuration issue with Active Directory Group

I am sourcing data from a multidimensional ssas source into Power BI.

I have configured the gateway for it.

I have created 3 roles in ssas and applied dimension data security to each one.

Members of each role are active directory accounts.

Then I have mapped these user accounts to email addresses which access Power BI in the gateway.

The security is working fine as expected.

But, when I change the active directory account to active directory group in ssas role and map the group to the email address in Power BI, it is not working.

So, active directory account is working but group is not working in the Power BI mapping.

Can you help me with this issue and let me know how we can use active directory group in this scenario ?
