Gantt chart for the Project status

Hi

I have attached the sample data, I need help to build a gantt chart showing project status. Current visuals in the Power BI, is not showing cumulative status, its showing same project twice with two different dates or % complete. Can we get a custom visual or I cant purchase any licensed visual, as my company doesnt allow. Could some one help.
