Gantt Chart for daily task management

I am trying to create a Gantt Chart that shows the progress of many projects with multiple parts throughout the day.

My data comes from transactions in Sharepoint where each transaction contains a start date/time and an end date/time for each part of each project. I would like to create a Gantt Chart that displays when each part of the project began and ended. Is this type of chart possible to create?

As of right now, I can only find help with Gantt Charts that span several days for individual projects, but I need one where I can see hours/minutes of a project and its parts per day.
