Gantt Chart Legend Colors

I have created a Gantt Chart for my team and the legend I created is not correctly showing the colors I have selected. I am attaching a screenshot of what it looks like and I am looking for any suggestions on how to correct this. I have looked through the paint area to try to find Legend but it is not there.
