Gantt Chart - Accepting Multiple Timelines for a Single Project

Hi, 

 

I need the Gantt chart to accept multile timelines like given in the below image. Please let me know a solution. In the below image a single project has three types of timelines so that they will compare the the planned and achieved.

      Yes i can. But its not free. We need a special licence. 

       

      Do we have in Microsoft Visualization tools itself ?
