Gantt 2.2.3 Tooltips

I have a Gantt 2.2.3 visual in a dashboard I've created and it is working as expected, however, when i add additional date fields to the tool tip these shows as format yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss.000Z.

I've already changed the tooltip setting to dd/MM/yyyy and this has worked for the format of the start and end date but not of the additional date fields i have added directly to the tooltip field. I've checked the data in the query and it is formatted as a short date. Does anyone know how to change this so it shows as a short date within the tooltip?

Based on my research, it seems you could not change the format of date in tooltip which is drag in Tooltip Values of Gantt 2.2.3.

and there is a similar way to solve your problem:

Just create a text format column for [TRF Sent Date] like below:

New TRF Sent Date = FORMAT([TRF Sent Date],"DD/MM/YYYY")

Now drag this new column into tooltip

by the way, you could just add a space in [TRF Sent Date] that make this new column name looks like old one.

@his data field is already formatted as a short date within the column tools. The same data field is used in other visuals and is working correctly, it is only in this tool tip that it is showing in a different format.
