GIF not working in service

Hello everybody:

I am not getting the help button on some visual objects to work. I have added to some grouped column charts, pie charts, and matrix tables a GIF as a tooltip.
On the page where I have placed the GIF, I have placed it as a page background, and it is visible in the power bi desktop when I hover the mouse over the help button of the visual object, but not the power bi service.
I have also tried to do it by placing a button inside the tooltip page, with the fill option. That doesn't work either.

I tried several browsers, chrome, edge, and firefox, and it didn't work.
But since two days ago, without doing anything and without knowing how or why I can see the same GIFs.

Hi @Louise-es ,

Which browser are you using? Please try clearing the browser's cache or change another browser and check again.

If it doesn't work, you could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues.

If it is not there, then you could post it.
