When expand and collapse matrix is gonna be available for public preview?

you can use the link to navigate to Power BI Desktop there you will find the hint when the expand/collapse will be in Public Preview 🙂

Please take the time and investigate the document, there you find a date for the public preview 🙂

I thought that it would be released in Oct '18 and would be available as preview before that.
