Hi Team,
I have created a Date table with formula Reference Table = CALENDAR(DATE(2022,1,1),DATE(2023,1,31)) which gives me dates from 1st Jan 2022 till 31st Jan 2023.
However when I am uising this in bar graph with hierarchy Month and Year and selecting the option of "Show values with no data"
as I want to display previous months even if they dont have values its showing all the futhure months of 2023
(attached is the snapshot of the graph).
I want the same graph but the future months should not been seen.
If I make the table as Date table then its not giving option of adding hierarchy.

Hi @faisayed ,
You can add column MonthYear Column in Reference Table that has Month+ Year .And then use that as a filter .

@pratyashasamalThanks for your prompt response.
I have tried that but it still gives me the same issue and if I deselect the futur months it also removes the previous months as months are not categorized with years. For example I deselct Feb, it will deselect Feb for Previous year as well.

Hi @faisayed ,
Please try to us CALENDERAUTO () function for this .
Please refer to this link :- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/calendarauto-function-dax
If still the issue remains you can simply use filter and remove all the future months .
Thanks ,
