Future Discount

If you want to do a prediction of the discount in the future, we can certainly do it. The calculation also needs a logic.
For example this sample.
Suppose future discount is the average value of Discount in the last three month, create a calculated column like this:
Future Discount =
IF (
ISBLANK ( 'Table'[Discount] ),
AVERAGEX (
FILTER (
'Table',
'Table'[Month]
>= EARLIER ( 'Table'[Month] ) - 3
&& 'Table'[Discount] <> BLANK ()
),
'Table'[Discount]
)
)
Get the result.

Yah, it can be right for this type of data , but if I have so many categories Like Name, Age, Education , Income, members etc. Then it is possible in this or ML and AI is solution?

I have a diamonds selling and manufacturing data. In this data diamond's sale is depend on it's COLOUR, CLARITY, CUT, FLUORESCENCE, and market trends. I am giving discounts for selling based on its categories.
