Funnel plotting without R

Hi - I'm looking to build a funnel plot - but the only visualisation on marketplace requires R script to build this. I can't install it (work computer permissions locked down to only approved software) and I've also read that it causes issues when deploying to users and iPads etc. 

Any ideas on how to build a funnel plot without using R?

Based on my redearch, R package is required for this visual. You can come up a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.
