As you can see, it does not show all values of the categories. Ive tried to make it wider, taller, etc, The values in the inside, outside, etc. Is ther a way to force it to show the value?

I tested a funnel in my machine and it works ok as you can see in the picture.
Maybe in your case, it is something with a proportions issue. I attached a Pbix with an example.
