Frown (Error) - Connection issue for one colleague

Hi, a colleague of mine can't connect from PBI Desktop Cloud to the service to publish reports in workspaces. He gets an "Impossible to connect" error message. He is the only one who gets this message. His colleagues don't. Anyone has a clue to what is happening?

    Hi Anonymous

"a colleague of mine can't connect from PBI Desktop Cloud to the service to publish reports in workspaces"

Does this mean: soneone need to connect power bi service dataset with Power BI Desktop, but it doesn't work?

If so, please check the limitation here.

    Note that :

    • Only users with Build permission for a dataset can connect to a published dataset using the Power BI service live connection.
    • Free users only see datasets in their My Workspace and in Premium-based workspaces.

    Best Regards
    Maggie
