    For your case, just create a measure with logic as below:

    Result = 
VAR _table =
    FILTER (
        CROSSJOIN (
            SUMMARIZE (
                'Table',
                'Table'[Royality],
                'Table'[Customer],
                "Totalsales", CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table'[Sales] ) ),
                "Frequency", CALCULATE ( COUNTA ( 'Table'[Customer] ) )
            ),
            Visit
        ),
        [Frequency] = [Value]
    )
RETURN
    SUMX ( _table, [Totalsales] )

    Result:
