Free Public Database or Data set

Hi Everyone,

 

I would like to try creating some dashboard with a free database or data set sample with actual existing public company. Probably like a set of 5 years financial statement from public company that already in a database form (which is this data should not be confidential since they already published it on their annual report). It would be great if the company is fortune 500.

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    I think it is possible to realize. But you need to gather the public reports and extract the financial data first. And you can combine multiple years data into one table. You can use Power Query Editor to transform and shape the data. After preparing the data, you can create reports based on that.
