I have reports embedded using "Embedd for your Customers(App Owns Data)" using Service Principal. I have one Premium Per User license and Workspace capacity configured to PP3. So all the reports embedded in Portal won't be accessible by Free User as per the documentation and pop displayed while changing capacity. But in my case, the reports embedded in the portal are still visible to Free Users. Can anyone explain how is this possible? Please correct me if I'm missing something.
Hi @Dhairya ,
1.Verify that the capacity of the workspace is displayed as "Premium Per User (PPU)".
2.Verify that the service subject has been added as a member and assigned the appropriate role ( administrator, member).
3.Check the permission configuration of the service subject to ensure that it meets the PPU access control requirements.
4.Check the sharing settings for the report to ensure that it is only shared to PPU users.
Best Regards,
Adamk Kong

Hello @Anonymous
Thanks for the response but my question is still not clear. I Already have configured my Workspace as PPU and added Service Principal As Admin in my workspace and the reports present in the workspace are embedd in the Portal using "Embedd for your customer" method from where Free users are able to access my reports of PPU workspace which should not be possible as per official documentation. My question is how can a Free User is able to access PPU workspace's content.
