Forward and Back Button to Step Through a List

I've built a report for some procurement folks and it has a set of slicers that filter their purchases orders and filter a list of items that have been ordered. The item list is a drop down slicer and they can select any item to view various details about the order history. One of the users has asked if a set of buttons can be added to the page which would step through the list of items instead of having to access the drop down and check the next box over and over. 

I've thought about this and I don't believe there is a way of achieving this request. Does anyone know of a way to make this request functional?
