Formula bar not showing

Hi, I've seen a few forums on this subject but nothing seems to work. I'm trying to enable the formula bar but it does not appear. I am selecting the measure I want to apply the formula for, but when I go in the "View" tab, the furmula bar option is not there.

Any ideas would be hugely appreciated
