Formula.Firewall error across tables on same OData source

To all,

I'm accessing a single OData feed in which contains several tables. When I merge two tables, all is well until I close the pbix and reopen. On subsequent opens, I get:

Formula.Firewall: Query 'foo' (step 'Expanded NewColumn') references other queries or steps, so it may not directly access a data source. Please rebuild this data combination.

I would understand if these were different sources, but this is happening within the same source. Any ideas?

I have to stage my table accesses, which is just a pain. It just clutters up the M code and the Power BI Desktop doesn't show it properly.

Thanks!

I mailed it to Miguel Llopis earlier for a parallel purpose. Does that work or do you still want it?
