Formula 1 data on Kaggle
Hi, I am working on the formula 1 dataset on Kaggle but I find sometimes it's difficult to understand the data as I don't know much about F1. The files are here: https://www.kaggle.com/rohanrao/f...
Don't worry. I get it now. It is cummulative number of wins in each season, though I still don't understand why sometimes it doesn't count a win when a driver's final position is 1, but I assume it's due to F1's complicated rules.
Where do you get this from "driverid=1 has 11 wins when raceid=918" I'm not seeing it. Record 67034 has driver id = 1.
Ah, I see it now in compact view, the driver has 11 wins so that's either career wins or season wins (possibly up to and including the current race) so not just this race

Please see the file "races.csv" from the link. Each raceid is unqiue for each Formula 1 Grand Prix, not for each season.
