Forms > SharePoint > PowerBI
I've created a Microsoft Form which holds Name, Date and a bunch of other items that I want to line graph out. Idea being I can show progress of recordings by dates. I use Power Automate to take the data from Forms > Sharepoint list > PowerBI however when the date comes in it doesnt come in as a Date field and I can't graph it out. I have no idea where the issue is or how to fix it. I've changed the format of the item sitting in the Sharepoint list to 'Date' format and to 'single line text' but no joy either way. Any suggestions?

nicholasmcghee use Power Query to change the Data TYPE to date - not just data format.
You'll also want to add a Date table to get continuous line graph: https://excelwithallison.blogspot.com/2020/04/dimdate-what-why-and-how.html

Thank you for the reply. Is there a support or service anywhere I can access to have someone have a look at my issues. Could do with just picking up the phone to someone to show the it rather than signing up for a fully fledged support contract.
