This is a visual aid, not a formatting choice: You get the solid black slider on the top one because it is a BETWEEN slicer, so the bar goes thicker to help visualise the range that is selected. The other slicers are single value, so will not show the thicker bar as there's no range that requires assistance to visualise.
The only thing I could suggest would be to see if you can make the <= or >= versions work for you, but Ican't see that they will in your specific scenario to be honest.
