Formatting options change after importing a semantic model.

I have downloaded the data into a Power BI file with fixed decimal number as the data type and uploaded into Power BI web service. Then downloaded it into a new Power BI file to create a view but the formatting options have changed and unable to edit it. Any suggestions to have the same formatting options even after downloading it?

      Will there be any additional cost by doing so? If not, how can I get these options that you have shown?
