Resolver IFormatting issues on PBI desktop
Community Championah ok, its unfortunately one of those strange issues, that is very hard to identify withouth actual access to the file.
if you remove the formatting you have, and set it to default, what does it do.. i think we need to try and isolate where the issue is exactly.
where are you adjusting formatting, there are several ways?
Resolver IWhen i put it as default formatting, it becomes -9. When i do below custom formatting, then it becomes 9 encircled

ok i think its safe to say that the formatting is what is causing this as this is a custom format, however when i try to recreate the issue in my file i am not getting the same issue. Is there any possiblity of sharing your file? where do you set the colour to red? also can you share a screen shot of your regional settings?
I have a feeling this is a bug, and you might need to report it to microsoft but it would be best to share your file

I tried to recreate a sample file but i don't get that issue. I set the color red using conditional formatting but that is not the issue because i removed it and the 9 was still encircled. This seems to be a bug to me. How to report this to Microsoft?

yes i know its not the issue but i just wanted to get the full understanding of all the changes you are making. If it's not recreatable, then it might not be a bug, if you compare both versions what is different? you would need to compare data types, values, all formatting etc. might be the indicator to the issue.
