Formatting font and background color in row headers - Matrix visual

Hi there,

I have a matrix visual with three fields in the rows and nothing in values or columns:

ProjectName

       Position

              EmployeeName

so that the visual will look something like:

Project1

    Manager

          Manager1Name

    Engineer

          Engineer1Name

          Engineer2Name 

          etc.

Project2

    Manager

          Manager2Name

    Engineer

          Engineer3Name

          Engineer4Name 

          etc.

etc. 

Is it possible to set a format the each field separately (font type/color, background color...)? I cannot seem to find the option. Something like what's shown in the example

There's no better way to achieve that in row headers.You may submit your idea here.
