Formatting a Date in a Dynamic Value within a Text Box

Hi,

I'm trying to display some data in a text box, a "From" and "To" Date using values picked from a PowerApps report :

Ideally we want these in the format DD MMMM YYYY, the tables that feed these values are formatted accordingly :

However when trying to use these values from a Dynamic Value in a Text box the formatting is ShortDate by default with little/no  option to change :

Is there any way to format the output of this Value to be the required DD MMMM YYYY format?

Hi @powertron ,

You have formatted the value again here.

Please recreate a value, keeping the default format here.

Hi @powertron ,

Try formatting it in the Columns tool in Data View.

Hi Gao,

This does not appear to have worked :

Hi Gao,

Thanks, progress being made here.  I now have it showing in the correct Format :

(Have only updated the second date here so far)

powertron_1-1678271878353.png

However, as you can see it has the second value as 1 January 2023, this despite the latest date in that Table being 8th March :

Not sure why "Max" isn't bringing back the later dates.

Hi Gao,

Figured it out :

Max Date of TaskPeriod.

Hadn't noticed you'd specified Date in the original advice.  My Bad.  Thanks for the help 🙂
