I have a matrix as below. The value in the matrix is minutes

I need to display the matrix with the following format HH:MM e.g. 01:15 means 1 hour 15 mins

a new measure on existing meausre
= Time(0,0,0) +[Measure]/(60*24)
or
= Quotient([Measure], 60) & ":" & Mod([Measure], 60)
