Formatting Issues when Matrix exported to PDF

Hoping someone can help me figure out what's happening here - the matrix that I've built in the desktop does not match the one that's being exported to pdf and I have no idea why. I've gone through seemingly every single setting multiple times and just can't figure it out.

-what's causing the weird borders around the column headers? (don't see those in the desktop version)

-why does the pdf export have vertical gridlines? (those are turned off in the visual)

You might want to report that in the Issues forum. There certianly doesn't appear to be anything you are doing wrong or can adjust. Seems the service just isn't rendering the PDF properly.
