how to format numbers in millions both in table and line chart, Please suggest.

Select your Matrix and got to Format pane, and scroll till specific column and expand it:
Choose the serie you want to format and go to Values-Display units and choose milions:
Now for your line chart, select the line chart, in the format pane, expand Y-Axis, Expand the Values, and in display units choose Millions:

@Snagalapur - Additionally you can format your dax measure to show in millions and you can use in any visual.
You can modify your measure like below :
Total Sales in Millions =
FORMAT(total_Sales / 1000000, "#,0.0") & " M"
