Formart Column from number to text

Hi 

 

I have a column within a table ('Service'.[Consent]) with values of 1, 2, 3 and I want to format the column so the numbers represent:

1 = Yes

2 = No

3 = Not Required

 

PLease help

Column = SWITCH([Consent],1,"Yes",2,"No",3,"Not Required")
