When i selected Forecasting visuals, i am getting below error. Please tell me, why i am getting this error. I gave date as created date and value as measure(count of tickets)
i installed all packages which you mentioned but still i am not getting it

this is odd, here you will find a little pbix file. There is a report page "Time Forecast using R" that contains the custom visuals I mentioned above.
Can you please check, if you get the same error? As you can see from the screenshot, it works, at least on my side:
Hopefully this gives you another idea.
Are the more information you can obtain from the error message?
