Forecasting data in combo chart

Not a clear post, please provide more details:

1. What is the forecast data? I can only see the sales data I guess it is the actual sales. 

2. What do you mean current 4 quarter? Is it current year, or from current quarter to the next 4 quarter?

3. Please create a sample that actually matches with your requirement, share a pbix and expected output.
