Forecast data labels or pbi forecast visual
Can anyone recommend a pbi visual that forecasts data on a monthly basis? I'm using a line chart(see pic below) with the forecast feature in the analytics pane but i'm not able to view the data labels for the forecast section. If the line chart visual is not an option, can someone recommend another visual that actual shows all data labels.

Note:Greyed section is the forecast section.

Hi Anonymous - Sorry there is no easy solution to this, unfortunately
I struggled once for the same issue and ended up no luck. This is not possible unless you know R/Python language and can actually write some code to customise your forecasting values. Seems a lot of work
I ended up convincing my client this being forecasted values and it is meant to give rough idea of future trends based on past values and hence it doesn’t need actual data labels. I guess this is satisfying answer/excuse.

It’s my pleasure to answer for you.
I'm sorry that the predicted data can't be showed in the visual,but when you hover on, it will display the specific value, as well as the upper and lower limits.
Like this:
Forecast is a range of values, not a specific value. Of course,if you use measure or column to calculate and predict the value, it can be displayed.
You can also submit your good idea here.Maybe soon we can achieve.
