Forecast - Measure Assistance (Measure * Measure?)

Hi Everyone,

I'd really love the help with two calculations I have. Currently I have a table with employee data that belong to different groups from 2018-2022.

I have a couple of simple calculations:

1. Over and Under => Calculates the count of employees year to date ( 2022 January and 2022 February) DIVIDED (Average of count of employees in 2018-2022 for the months of January and February) ->>> This number gives me a decimal number which is a %
2. Upcoming Months => Calculates the average of employees prior years (2018-2022) but only after March-Dec
   
   Goal is to just multiply the measures: Over and Under and multiply it by the measure: Upcoming months which equals my Forecast #

I am unable to do this because the Over and Under will only multiply  the upcoming months by Jan and Feb but not the rest of the months. Also because the upcoming months doesn't have data for Jan and February the percentages only show.

Can someone guide me and assist with how I can just extract the value of my Over and Under calculation and multiply it by the Upcoming months?
