Forced value in slicer

Hi All,

Do you know how to force a slicer to get at least one value by default ?

Exemple : A slicer of Month, the slice have to get one value (never blank).

Typically you set the default manually and save the PBIX. When you publish it, that will be the default value of the slicer.

Right Greg, but the user can deselect de value, and then he will have a false KPI.

Because i'm having cumulative Sales per month, if we don't select a month we will have a tremendous amount :).

The custom visual Chiclet slicer allows you to force a selection. Give that a try.
