Force refresh desktop file

Hello,

Is there any way to force refresh the desktop file every time we open the file instead of hitting the refresh button??

I would like to know number of times it hit the database so that I can know number of users using it .

    dia612 , if possible add a direct query connection table and that you can use for tracking this
