Force data label to display

Hi everyone, 

I have a clustered column chart and some data labels are not showing up. Is there a way to force data labels to display?

During my investigation I have found users in the past who have had similar experiences to you .
The solution given by other forum users was:Adjust data label position

Only if you are willing to show less data, and actually provide enough rendering space for the labels.  Most people are unwilling to do that...
