Font families, sizes, and colors change when published or opening Desktop.

We've had an issue for some users at our company where font specs will change once published (we have a custom theme that all reports use) and the next time we open the PBIX, the fonts are changed there as well.  

Any ideas?

Not sure how to repro it, could you please share a sample file for us to test?
